Polish Before We Coat
A coating seals in whatever is underneath it. If your paint has swirl marks, polishing first removes them so the coating locks in a deeper, cleaner gloss. Add it when you book — at a lower price than booking polish on its own.
One-Step Polish

A single machine-polish pass before the coating. Lifts gloss and takes out light swirls, so the coating seals in a sharper finish.
Two-Step Polish

A cutting pass then a refining pass. Removes most swirl marks and light scratches before the coating locks the finish in.

Good to Know
Is it only for new cars?
No. It is made for new and near-new cars, but any car with paint in good shape can have it. A coating locks in whatever condition the paint is in, so if you can see swirl marks in the sun, add a one-step or two-step polish when you book.
What is the members-only Maintenance Program?
Every New Car Ceramic Protection customer gets one year of membership, free. Members get the Exterior Detail for $50 as often as they like, 10% off the Interior and Full Detail, and our Maintenance Mini Detail at the member rate — from $160 instead of $200. Book online with your member email and the prices apply automatically. Full details are in our membership terms.
Is the interior included?
Not in the base price. Add our Full Interior Detail when you book — from $200 for a car, by vehicle size — and we do the inside too. Pick your vehicle in the pricing section to see both prices.
How long does it take?
About 4 to 5 hours on site. If you add the interior detail or a polish, it becomes a full-day visit: we reserve the whole day for you and arrive at the start of the day.
Where do you do the work?
At your home or workplace — we bring our own water and power. The coating needs a covered space, like a garage or covered parkade, and the vehicle should stay dry for about 4 hours while it cures. No covered space? Ask us and we will sort something out.
Is paint polishing included?
No. The price covers the wash, decontamination, clay bar and coating. If your paint has swirl marks, add a one-step ($299) or two-step ($399) polish when you book.
How is this different from your Protect, Restore and Perfect packages?
Those are our dedicated ceramic packages: paint correction is always included and the coatings are rated for 3 to 5+ years. New Car Ceramic Protection is a 1-year coating on paint that is already in good shape — a simple way to protect a new car at a lower price.
What coating do you use?
ADS (Armour Detail Supply) Phobic, a ceramic spray sealant rated for around a year of protection. It bonds to the freshly decontaminated paint and cures in about 4 hours, so your car is ready the same day.
How do I look after the coating?
Hand wash every two to four weeks with a pH-neutral shampoo and avoid automatic brush washes.
Is the price final?
Your price is set by vehicle size (pick your vehicle in the pricing section), plus GST. The interior detail, polish, and extras like engine bay cleaning or tree sap removal are optional add-ons you can choose when booking.
