Maintenance Program Membership Terms

1. Joining
You are enrolled automatically, free of charge, when your New Car Ceramic Protection is completed. Your membership starts on the date of that service. There is no membership fee — you only pay for the visits you book.
2. Member benefits
While your membership is active you get: the Exterior Detail for $50 flat, as often as you like, on any vehicle size; 10% off the Interior Detail and Full Detail; and the Maintenance Mini Detail at the member rate, from $160 for a sedan (the regular Mini Detail is from $200). Add-ons are charged at their regular prices.
3. How member pricing works
Book online with the email address on your membership. Member prices appear once you enter it and are confirmed at checkout. Member prices apply to visits that take place while your membership is active.
4. Members-only rate
The Maintenance Mini Detail can only be booked by active members. If your membership has ended, the regular Mini Detail is always available.
5. Length and renewal
Your membership lasts one year from the date of your New Car Ceramic Protection. We will email you before it ends. To renew, book another New Car Ceramic Protection — a new year of membership starts from the date of that service.
6. One vehicle, not transferable
Membership covers the vehicle that received the New Car Ceramic Protection. It cannot be moved to another vehicle or transferred to someone else, including when the vehicle is sold.
7. Changes to the program
We may change member prices or these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. A visit you have already booked keeps the price you booked it at.
